The Riverland Town Center itself is a 35-acre shopping complex located to the west of Interstate 95, at the intersection of Community Boulevard and Marshall Parkway. Publix is part of the first phase of construction within this shopping center, which has been approved for approximately 98,000 square feet of commercial space.

Residents can reach the center via bicycle, golf cart, or through a pedestrian trail system designed to integrate safely with the community’s lifestyle.
To commemorate the grand opening, Publix featured a giant motorized shopping cart that traveled through the nearby community, generating excitement among locals. The first 95 customers to visit the store on its opening day were rewarded with commemorative reusable bags, symbolizing the store’s commitment to encouraging environmentally friendly shopping practices.
Publix, a company with a rich history, has been serving customers for 95 years, having opened its first store in Winter Haven, Florida.
