Orlando, FL – Singer-songwriter Hannah Stokes, a 26-year-old artist hailing from Orlando, is set to release her debut full-length album titled “Right Where I Belong” on June 13, 2025. Alongside the album launch, Stokes will host an album release party at Tuffy’s Music Box in Sanford, featuring supporting artists Megan Roxane Shea and Morgan Joyce Hart. The release party will kick off at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m. Tickets are available for $21.74 online for general admission.
The title track of the album, “Right Where I Belong”, is anticipated to showcase Stokes’ unique blend of jazz, folk, soul, and R&B music. Over the past five years, she has been pursuing her passion for music full-time, greatly influenced by the artists and experiences that shaped her journey. Stokes began writing music at the young age of 12, crafting her first song, an instrumental titled “Butterfly Wings”, when she was only 11 or 12 years old. Her early inspiration came from Taylor Swift’s debut album, which motivated her to write lyrics and melodies.
Stokes’ music has evolved significantly since her teenage years. Her first EP, released when she was 16, included a title track written with Taylor Swift’s influence. Since then, she has been dedicated to refining her craft, leading to her decision to approach music more seriously while attending Valencia College and Rollins College. In addition to her solo endeavors, she began teaching music lessons, which not only helped her hone her skills but also allowed her to build a network within the local music community.
The upcoming album features themes centered around love, purpose, identity, and personal growth, illustrating Stokes’ journey from age 16 to 26. Notably, the record includes some of the oldest songs she has ever written, alongside newer tracks that reflect her ongoing artistic development. Stokes is committed to maintaining purity in her music, aiming to connect with her audience on a deeper level through her work.
As she prepares for the album release, Stokes has expressed her desire to potentially tour in the future or serve as an opening act for larger artists, reflecting her ambition to expand her reach within the music industry. The forthcoming release party promises to be a celebration of her decade-long dedication to songwriting and performance, inviting fans and new listeners alike to discover her artistry.
The venue for the album release party, Tuffy’s Music Box, is located at 200 Myrtle Ave., Sanford. Tickets can be purchased online, and attendees are encouraged to support the local music scene by joining in this special event.
