New Locations Opening
In addition to the ongoing promotions, Chick-fil-A is expanding its presence in the area with several new locations. A new restaurant is scheduled to open in Sanford, Florida, on December 12, 2024, located at 267 High Water Lane. This location will provide various services, including dine-in, drive-thru, and carry-out, operating from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
The new Chick-fil-A West Sanford will aim to hire around 120 full- and part-time employees. In support of local community initiatives, the restaurant will also participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which focuses on redirecting surplus food to local charities. In celebration of the new opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America.
Additionally, Chick-fil-A West Sanford plans to honor local heroes by providing 100 individuals with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year, showcasing the company’s commitment to community engagement.
Expansion Beyond Orlando
Chick-fil-A is not stopping in the Orlando area. The company has announced plans to open its first international location outside North America in the UK in early 2025. Closer to home, another new Chick-fil-A location is confirmed to open at SeaWorld Orlando. This location will be situated between the Seaport Theater and the Manta rollercoaster.
While the exact opening date and menu details for the SeaWorld location are still under consideration, SeaWorld has already started hiring for positions at the new restaurant. Chick-fil-A previously opened a location inside Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, suggesting that the menu offerings at SeaWorld may align closely with those introduced there.
